Kazakh court rejects NCOC bid to overturn 2.3 trillion tenge fine

ASTANA. Sept 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A specialized interdistrict administrative court in the Atyrau region has rejected a claim by the Kashagan field operator, North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC), seeking to overturn enforcement proceedings over a 2.3 trillion tenge fine, according to the court ruling.
