Tokayev orders military reform plan within 10 days

ASTANA. Sept 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered the Security Council staff and the Defense Ministry to submit a military reform plan within 10 days, the presidential press service said.
