Kazakhstan drills search-and-rescue response to aviation incidents

ASTANA. July 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Full-scale search-and-rescue exercises under the code name SAREX 03/2026, designed to simulate a real aviation incident, took place in the Almaty region and the city of Shymkent, the Transport Ministry said.
