ASTANA. July 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A court has upheld a ruling by Kazakhstan's competition watchdog that Astana's international airport abused its monopoly position by charging aviation fuel suppliers an unregulated fee, the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition said Wednesday.
