ASHGABAT. July 27 (Interfax) - Turkmenistan will suggest the establishment of the Ashgabat Climate Dialogue as a new multilateral platform for cooperation on environmental security, climate change and regional use of energy resources at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported on Saturday, citing Turkmen Foreign Minister Rasit Meredow as saying at a government session in a report on the preparation of Turkmenistan's priority positions for the 81st session of the UNGA.
