ASTANA. July 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has resumed oil shipments through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system following a temporary halt caused by drone attacks on tankers in the Black Sea, the Energy Ministry said.
