Tokayev urges Putin to freeze Russia-Ukraine conflict, return to Istanbul formula

ASTANA. July 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to freeze the Russia-Ukraine conflict and return to negotiations based on the Istanbul framework.
