ASTANA. July 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The National Bank of Kazakhstan does not expect the situation around the Caspian Pipeline Consortium to significantly affect the foreign exchange market and believes oil export issues will be resolved soon, central bank governor Timur Suleimenov said Friday.
