EU sanctions target 3 oil refineries in Russia, major oil refinery in Belarus - Council of EU

BRUSSELS. July 24 (Interfax) - The European Union has sanctioned three oil refineries in Russia and a major oil refinery in Belarus, the Council of the EU said in a statement on Thursday.
