ASTANA. July 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The prime ministers of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have discussed plans to increase freight volumes along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route and instructed their national railway companies to draw up a concrete action plan, the Kazakh government press service said.
