Over 680,000 Kazakh citizens cleared of administrative fines under amnesty - prosecutor general
ASTANA. July 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — More than 681,000 Kazakhstanis have been released from administrative penalties since the amnesty law tied to the adoption of the new Constitution took effect, Prosecutor General Berik Asylov said Thursday.
